Structure
Phase 1: Orientation
(1 Hour)
The Art of Strategy’s Mentor Coach program kicks off with an orientation to familiarize you with your Mentor Coach, cohort Mentees, and the exciting road ahead.
Exclusive Introductions: You’ll connect and build rapport with your Mentor Coach and fellow high-achieving participants.
Define Expectations: Together, we’ll review the program outline, ensuring you understand the complete journey ahead.
Role Clarity: We’ll define the roles and responsibilities of Mentor and Mentee Coaches to maximize your learning experience.
Phase 2: Group Work
(6 Hours)
Six hours of interactive group coaching sessions are conducted over a series of weeks (e.g., six weekly one-hour sessions). Each session will focus on specific ICF core competencies, coaching skills, and best practices.
Immersive Action: Engage in diverse insights and dynamic discussions to enrich learning.

Phase 3: Individual Coaching Sessions
(3 Hours)
Four one-on-one, 60-minute coaching sessions with the Mentor Coach are tailored to each Coach's specific developmental needs and goals.
Personalized Guidance: Deep dive into areas where you require the most support, with individualized strategies and insights.
Targeted Feedback: Receive customized feedback and strategic guidance to enhance your coaching effectiveness.
Phase 4: Assessment and Feedback
(1 Hour)
The final phase of the Mentor Coach program ensures you receive a comprehensive review of your progress and success in the program, as well as actionable tactics for implementation.
Comprehensive Evaluation: You’ll undergo a thorough assessment of your progress in the program, and insights that will enable you to continue strengthening your craft for years to come.
Constructive Insights: You’ll gain valuable feedback on strengths and areas for improvement. This feedback helps you understand what you're doing well and where you can make adjustments to enhance your performance as you move through your coaching career.
Strategic Action Planning: Together, we’ll develop a forward-looking action plan for your continued professional development. This plan will serve as a roadmap for your future growth, helping you focus on key objectives and track your progress over time

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for The Art of Strategy’s Mentor Coach program, and to uphold our gold standard of coaching practices, you must:
Possess Certified Training Certificates: From a recognized coach-specific training program (e.g., ICF-accredited training).
Meet Coaching Experience Requirements: Complete at least 60 hours of coaching for ACC designation, or 125 hours for PCC designation.
Maintain Ethics and Competencies: Understand the ICF Code of Ethics and Core Competencies, and are dedicated to upholding these principles to their highest standard.
Strive for Coaching Excellency: Align with the highest standards of the ICF, ensuring you will proudly represent the Professional Coaching industry and your ICF designation.
