Similar to Executive Coaching, team coaching programs begin with a team, coach and sponsor session to establish the desired outcomes of the following coaching sessions, we set team coaching engagement goals, identify measures of success and create a tailor made team coaching plan that leverages both the individual and team strengths and addresses development opportunities through an array of state of the art techniques: assessments, exercises, case studies and bi-weekly team coaching sessions, and monthly individual coaching sessions. Check ins are held throughout the team coaching engagement with the sponsor, led by the team to discuss progress against goals. Growth is validated through development tracking.
