Introduction and Orientation to Coaching Process
Here we clarify roles, responsibilities and confidentiality. A typical private coaching plan is built in 12-week cycles, focusing on 3-4 identified goals in each cycle and includes bi-weekly coaching sessions to ensure follow through on identified goals.
Vision fuels the 12-week execution system. A captivating vision provides focus, direction and energy need for you to achieve extraordinary results. The best visions stretch you - so they require the best of you.
Using your vision as your guide, together we will set specific and measurable goals for the upcoming 12-week cycle. Once your goals are clear and focused, we move into action planning, mapping the tactics needed to reach your goals.
At the beginning of each new week in your cycle, you will create a weekly plan, derived from your 12-week cycle that contain the actions (tactics) and commitment for that week. This becomes a powerful tool that translates the entire 12-week cycle into more manageable and focused daily and weekly actions. You will meet with your coach bi-weekly to leverage the power of accountability, walking through the results: actual to goal, what’s working, what you are struggling with, keeping you engaged, motivated, inspired and committed to achieving your goals.
When you’ve finished your 12-week cycle, it’s time to celebrate your success, capture learning, and launch again. The magic of the 12-week cycle is in its powerful process that enables you to align your actions with your intentions and actualize the best you possible.

“I began working with Alison Geskin on a regular basis as part of the Cultural Human Resources Council, Talent2Lead Program in 2017. Dedicating time out of my schedule to work with Alison has provided me the opportunity to evaluate the WHY we do things the way we do, HOW we can make changes to better serve the WHY of our business, and to hone in on my own leadership style and skills in a safe environment. This dedicated time to reflect and discuss situations, scenarios and options without judgement has contributed to my growth as a leader. Alison is passionate, dedicated, brilliant, unconventional, and authentic. She truly wants to see you succeed and shares in your triumphs and obstacles.”

“During a time in my life when the world seemed to be spinning faster than I could grasp, Alison showed me how to slow down and savor the moment. She helped me rediscover the true version of me. One without the self-doubt, one where the voice instead my head isn’t so loud nor important.
Through my work with Alison, I have created a life that I deserve. I am truly aware of my wants, needs and values. I have set real, measurable goals that I know I can achieve.
And, most importantly, I now have the confidence, attitude and tools to never sell myself short again. Looking back, I am so proud of how far I’ve come and I know that I couldn’t have made a better investment.”
