This Community of Practice is designed for:
ACC- to PCC-level coaches building confidence, consistency, and depth in their coaching
Credentialed coaches seeking continuing professional development and CCE renewal
Coaches who value reflection, dialogue, and real-world application
Practitioners who want to strengthen both skill and professional judgment
The program is accessible to developing coaches while offering meaningful stretch for experienced practitioners.

Guest experts join select sessions
Each session blends:
Brief conceptual framing (ICF-aligned)
Reflective practice
Small-group dialogue
Large-group integration
Occasional live coaching demonstrations (as appropriate)
This is not a lecture series. It is an interactive learning community grounded in professional coaching practice.

Each session supports participants to:
Strengthen competency-based coaching skills
Deepen ethical awareness and professional judgment
Apply learning directly to real coaching contexts
Learn with, and from, other professional coaches
The emphasis is on integration, not performance evaluation.

All sessions are aligned with the ICF Core Competencies
Sessions are eligible for Core Competency CCE hours
